Purchase a short 4 character domain name for storage of your .php files. The name isn't important because it is only for .php redirection scripts. Your redirectioned URL will last for as long as you want it to last.
Just enter your UGLY and LONG URL in the box. In the 2nd box, enter the desired file name. i.e. customers.php.
Click "Submit" Button, and a PHP file will be offered to download, just download that file and save it to your local computer. Upload the downloaded file on your web server and type your URL as below:
